In the Note1 column next to control phone numbers, you can enter the most typical information to identify your customer. (Eg: hotel owner or guest, etc ...)
In the Notes2 and Note3 columns next to the access rights, you can enter even more information to facilitate your search (Eg: company car license plate, apartment or suite number, etc ...).
After saving all this information, all you have to do is enter a snippet in the Search field and you will immediately find the customer you are looking for.
