GSM/4G modules for industrial applications – remote monitoring and control
GSM/4G modules provide an ideal solution for remotely accessing, programming, and controlling industrial equipment. These modules allow real-time notifications about equipment operation or malfunctions via SMS or voice calls, ensuring convenient and efficient monitoring, even from a distance.
Bus system and expansion options
The modules can be easily integrated through bus systems, allowing expansion panels to be placed within 1000 meters. A single GSM module can connect up to 16 expansion panels, each of which can be controlled separately, creating flexible and efficient systems.
Output settings and control
The outputs of the GSM module and expansion panels can be individually configured and controlled via SMS or voice calls. The outputs can be monostable or bistable, and thanks to remote programming, additional functions of the GSM module can also be adjusted.
Feedback and event logging
Feedback on output controls can be requested via SMS, keeping you informed of the equipment’s current status at all times. The event log can store up to 16,000 events, including GSM signal strength data, which can be reviewed years later to ensure network stability.
Power monitoring and uninterrupted operation
GSM modules monitor power supply status and, thanks to the battery backup, can continue to send notifications to up to 8 phone numbers during power outages. This is especially useful in industrial environments where continuous operation is critical.
Programming and maintenance
The ProRead software simplifies the programming of GSM modules and expansion panels. It requires no installation and includes the latest firmware, making system configuration and management more effortless.
