The InterCom GSM/4G Emergency Caller also includes a monitoring station transmission feature. In addition to sending periodic life signals, it informs the monitoring centre via GPRS/LTE data connection even before the emergency call begins. Thanks to this feature, the dispatcher will already know the location of the emergency request before the voice call is established.
When the user presses the S.O.S. button, they will receive audible feedback (a beeping sound) from the unit, informing them that the module has started sending the alert.
Upon request, the unit can be ordered with a custom label that may include your logo, contact information, and process description. Additionally, the button can be customized with a bell icon.
